Age

To be able to purchase at Snuskompagniet.com you must be at least 18 years of age. If an order is suspected to have been placed by a person under 18 and we are not able to verify the recipients age, we will contact you to have the recipients age confirmed. If we do not receive any proof that the recipient is 18 years of age or older within one week, the order will be cancelled. 

 

Payment Methods

At Snuskompagniet.com you can pay using PayPal balance or one of the following credit cards through PayPal:

All prices are in Euro (EUR). All payments are processed without any fees for the customer. 

Payments are handled through a encrypted and secure payment gateway and is just as safe as using your credit card at the supermarket. 

  

Insurance of the shipment

Snuskompagniet.com is responsible for the condition of the goods until the recipient have received the order. After the shipment have been delivered to the recipient does the risk of damage or destruction rely on the the recipient. 

 

Shipping prices 

Shipping prices rely on the destination country. 

Shipping prices for the following country start from:

 

Denmark: 6,5€

Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 14€

Belgium: 14,5€

United Kingdom: 17€

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Poland: 20€ 

Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania: 24€

Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia: 25€

Romania, Spain: 29€

 

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to selected countries when your subtotal exceeds 170€. 

 

If your are not home to receive your parcel, you will receive instructions from the delivery company about how to proceed. Depending on the delivery company it is either possible to schedule a redelivery or to collect the parcel at a nearby collection point. 

If your parcel have been sent to a collection point and is not collected within one week it will be returned. In case your parcel have been returned please contact us at info@snuskompagniet.com to schedule a new dispatch. Please be aware that Snuskompagniet.com does not cover cost for return shipping and reshipping. 


Snuskompagniet.com is not responsible for any costs due to delays.. This also applies in the case of back orders, delivery errors and errors in the goods.

  

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

We dispatch all orders and goods through DHL, DPD, GLS, ParcelForce, Postnord, T.N.T and UPS. The expected delivery time differs from country to country. Please see expected delivery time when choosing delivery method. If you do not see an estimated delivery time, please contact info@snuskompagniet.com to get an estimate on delivery time.

In case an ordered product is in backorder we will dispatch your order, unless otherwise agreed, once we have received the products in backorder. 

 

Use of the item

By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to only use the products on our webpage as chewing tobacco. All products sold by Snuskompagniet.com is either tobacco free or made for chewing. The portion are made in extra strong material that are suited for chewing. 

 

Cancellation and returns 

When you are shopping at Snuskompagniet.com you do not have any right of cancellation once your order have been dispatched. As our products are considered as food products we are unable to take products back and sell them again. 

If you want to cancel an order that have not yet been dispatched, please send an email to info@snuskompagniet.com. As long as we have received your email before the order have been dispatched, you are guaranteed a refund. 

 

Errors in products

If you have received a flawed product please contact us as soon as possible after noticing the flaw. 

You always have the right to have a flawed products swapped, refunded or discounted, depending on the situation in question.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use or other injurious behaviour.
You must contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the defect in the item. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible and preferably within 2 weeks of the error being detected.

If you want to contact us regarding a flaw, please send an email to: info@snuskompagniet.com with subject "Complaint [#Order-Number]".

The email has to include the following information:

  • First- and Last name
  • Order number
  • Date the error appeared
  • Description of the flaw/error (Be precise for quick processing) 
  • Address
  • Todays date

We will get back to you as soon as possible. You will in most cases be asked to return the product so that we can inspect it. You have to pay for the return shipping when returning the item. Once the product have been inspected we will refund you the shipping costs if the error have not been caused by handling the product wrong. 

If the error have been caused by yourself the product will not be replaced or refunded and you will have to pay all costs for shipping and return shipping of the products. We will as well charge a fee of 35€ for inspection of the products. 


Always remember to send the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If your shipment is damaged during shipment, the respective shipping companies will replace the shipment. As these companies work with short deadlines, it is therefore important that we receive the following within 7 days:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Date the shipment was received
  • Description of the flaw/error (Be precise for quick processing) 
  • Pictures of the shipment
  • Todays date

If the shipment is temporarily replaced by Snuskompagniet.com and the buyer does not send the necessary information, the shipment, cf. the shipping company's deadlines, cannot be replaced. The buyer thereby incurs all costs for new shipping.

 

 

Privacy Policy

In order to enter into an agreement with us via the webshop, you must register with the following personal information:

  • Address
  • Phone
  • E-mail

The registration of your information is made solely for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

You can thus visit Snuskompagniet.com completely anonymously. Only when you enter personal data yourself will we receive information about you.

When we collect personal information through our webshop, we always ensure that it is done by giving your express consent, so that
you have been informed of what information is being collected and why.

Your personal information is registered at Snuskompagniet.com and stored for 5 years.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

We do NOT disclose personal information to third parties, except logistics partners in general.

You can always find out what data Snuskompagniet.com has about you and have them deleted if you wish. (cf. the Personal Data Protection Act).

Snuskompagniet.com will never have access to entered information about your credit card. All transactions are handled encrypted through PayPal.

We use cookies for the purpose of optimizing the webshop and its functionalities, as well as improving marketing for the benefit of the customer.

All use of cookies is completely anonymous and you can delete them at any time. You can also opt out of the use of cookies in your browser.

 

Offers, discounts, coupons, etc.

Discounts can not be combined with other discounts and is not valid for products already on sale. 

 

Jurisdiction and choice of law

Purchase of goods at Snuskompagniet.com is governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute between the buyer and Snuskompagniet.com - including the interpretation of Snuskompagniet.com's terms of trade - is settled by the ordinary Hong Kong courts.
